June 9, 2010

We’re in NYC this week with 180s, previewing the fall/winter 2010 line of ear warmers and gloves. We LOVE the new colors, especially the down ear warmers and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure line, and we can’t wait to show them off to NY editors.

At the same time, we have to admit that we loved the utterly perfect early June weather tonight, leaving ear warmers and gloves safely in the future. 180s director of marketing Brian Parker and I walked across the Brooklyn Bridge to get to NY favorite Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, under the bridge on the Brooklyn side. It’s a serious favorite – a line stretches down the sidewalk to get in (the shop next door rents chairs for $3 a pop!). But it was worth the wait……

The evening was still perfect when we left Grimaldi’s, so we walked back over the bridge, straight into the Manhattan skyline backed by the pink sunset. Hmm, where did I put that I Heart NY T-shirt I know I have somewhere?
