Craven, a Massachusetts native and Brandeis University alum, returned to the Bay State after a year in New York City, serving as an account coordinator at Small Girls PR. While at Small Girls PR, Craven provided media relations support to several agency clients including thredUP, Absolut Art, Noken, and toured with the president of Iceland, Guðni Th. Jóhannesson, during his press visit to New York in 2018 to promote international tourism.

Jackson, a Salem State University graduate, has provided social media support and content development expertise to various area businesses including Marblehead-based Maddie’s SailLoft. While at Salem State, Jackson also participated in the Public Relations Student Society of America and was the project manager for the Peabody Chamber of Commerce through Salem State’s EXPECT program, which allows students to gain real world PR experience.
