Job Alert: Marketing Assistant or Public Relations Account Coordinator for immediate hire

CGPR is a consumer-focused, active lifestyle public relations agency located north of Boston. Our client roster is rich with apparel, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, gear and component brands including adidas, Kelty and LifeStraw. Currently, CGPR is looking to fill the position of a Marketing Assistant or Public Relations Account Coordinator (given experience level). Part-time and full-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with all administrative/operational tasks for the office
  • Day-to-day administration and coordination of all areas of administrative support
  • Working closely with team members to keep account activity on track and moving forward
  • Highlighting client coverage on a daily basis
  • Maintaining and updating media contacts list
  • Researching background information for new business prospects
  • Participating on weekly client calls and meetings, agency meetings and brainstorm sessions


  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism or related communications field (or working towards a degree)
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in a public relations agency, in-house communications department or media organization (preferred)
  • Passionate consumer of media, staying current with news and trends
  • Ability to communicate, written and orally, in a clear, concise and creative manner
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, paying close attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in consumer brands is a plus
