Senior Account Executive

CGPRa Marblehead-based consumer active lifestyle public relations agency, is seeking a Senior  Account Executive with a minimum of 3-5  years PR experience, to support apparel, fashion, lifestyle, gear and component brands.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Professional Communicator: You have a developed ability to professionally counsel clients and engage the media. 
Networking Master:Possess necessary skills to build relationships with diverse personalities (colleagues, clients and the media). 
Media Maven:Develop strategies for media relations, engaging media and know how to stay on top of relevant stories in all media channels including social media sites and blogs in order to discern opportunities for clients. 
Team Player:You are flexible and can be counted on to operate as an integral member of account teams; responsible for developing client proposals and strategy, through tactical execution. 
Account Team Experience:You have experience participating as an active and respected member of account teams.
Writer: Whether pitches, news releases, reports or social media content, your writing is creative and on point. 
Press Professional: Building relationships and working with the press is second-nature to you. 
Analytical Thinker:PR is a tool to generate growth and you have a keen understanding of how PR delivers ROI. 
Researcher:Like a journalist, you recognize the value of understanding the big picture and delight at delving deep to understand industries, competitors, and opportunities.

25% travel is required for trade shows, client meetings, new business opportunities and industry trade conferences.

PAID INTERNS Fall 2019

CGPR is looking for full-time paid (stipend) public relations interns for Fall 2019.  The internship period would begin end of August/early September, 2019 through December 20, 2019. Students must be pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Our interns become active members of our account teams participating in client calls, strategy sessions, media relations, research and event planning.
